I received my cake on Wednesday, June 3. I was excited to receive it and eagerly opened the box which was well packed. ... However, I was disappointed in that the cake was undercooked and the bottom of it was extra moist and mushy. I had noticedprior to cutting it that the cake itself was very light as opposed to the golden crust normally. I am a pound cake lover andknow when a cake is taken out of the oven a bit too soon. Janie?s was not willing to replace the cake or do anything for me. Disappointing is all I can say. Read more
Very delicious cake!! I tried the sample of plain pound cake and paid for the chipper cake both were very good! Now the cake... come at a cold temperature but once you allow it to sit out at room temperature or warm it for 30sec like I did because I didn?twant to wait lol. Your able to taste the deliciousness of the cake! Overall the experience visiting was awesome they greet witha warm smile and offer other little sample goodies to try that they sale!
