The past few times we have been there the food has been cold. The soup has been cold and no way to heat it up. We stayed away... for awhile to see if things would get better. We went in today after church to see if things were better. They were not. Thesoup was cold. The sandwiches were cold. The plain Jane was hot and the only thing that was good. The prices are extremely highfor what we got. With the high prices and cold food, we will not be back. We have eaten there for many years, but the lastcouple of years things have declined. Read more
Everything is nice but the ones clearing off the tables are extremely noisy. They drag the chairs and shove them back in... place. We were eating our lunch and a girl stopped her thing she was carrying dirty dishes in, right beside us and couldeasily have been quieter but tossed the silverware and plates urntil it was so loud. ! I almost stood up to ask her to waituntil we were through eating. It would just be thoughtful of them to try to be less noisy or at least not drag and shove thechairs and throw the dishes right next to a table where people are not through with their meal. Read more
What a rip-off. Prices have gone up everywhere, and since when did they add a $2 upcharge for a salad? $13 for manager's special... with a sandwich and salad, and it's not even unlimited? No thanks. Read more
Haven't been in a while. Surprised the salad bar is now a one trip deal. Good thing I didn't forget anything. Good hours. This... was a second choice to a planned party place that was closed when we arrived (website said it was open). Very glad Jason's iscentrally located & has vast seating options. Glare from the entrance door was quite uncomfortable, with no solution but to move6 + table decorations. Tinted windows? Unlimited salad bar trips? Good food. Read more

Things to know about the NEW Jason's Deli. 1. No longer serve an unlimited salad buffet, it is one trip only. We were told to... "pile it on". 2. There are no more plates on the buffet for your bread and add-ons. 3. Prices have increased overall.Additionally, the food was not good...cold soups with little flavor, definitely not worth the price. Also, one cannot possiblyhave a nice salad from the salad bar because stuff is missing, and you can't pile everything you want in one little bowl. We've been to Jason's Deli's all over the US (where they have them) and to be honest, this one was below average when we first... started coming here but it's now above average. It was rather dirty and slow at times. It's now very clean, fast service andthe salad bar is well stocked. Good job! Read more
Customer service here is awful. I placed an online order HOURS before I got off work so that I could pick up dinner and go home.... I pulled up to curbside pickup, called the store twice because I couldn't check in through the app and was placed on hold bothtimes. No one ever came back to the phone so I went inside the store, I was not greeted when I entered, I had to wait in linefor my order even though there are signs posted that when you place an online order you do not have to wait, and my food wascold.
