On 11/5/22 I placed an online order at 4PM. I showed up at the store on South Broadway around 6:30 PM. The two employees were... outside of the building. They told me that I could not come inside, as the lobby was closed. They made me go through thedrive-through, where I had to wait over 20 minutes. When I finally got up to the window I was informed that my order had notbeen processed. They said they were out of original recipe. I told them my name when I first pulled up, so I don't know why Ihad to sit in the drive-through. I am sure that they were shorthanded but there was no excuse for their performance. I finallyjust said give me crispy recipe, as I had already paid online. When I finally got home, I had 12 pieces of chicken instead of16 and only one side! Someone finally emailed me from KFC. They wanted a little bit more information. But it has been 2 weeksand I haven't heard anything, so I guess they don't care about their customers. This is a very poor establishment! Read more
Could just be a supply problem, but ordered a #2 which is 2 pieces of white meat, and a #1 which is 2 pieces of dark meat. #1... was a leg and thigh. Fine. #2 was a breast and wing. Maybe I'm wrong, but is a wing "white meat"? I'm not sure. Pretty skimpy inmy opinion if it is. Read more
HORRIBLE. I'm new to the area and trying to find good places to eat. Rude customer service! Out of everything and didn't tell us... until we were at the window. No hair nets and smells like sewage. Food was okay. Chicken bites hard as rock. Not paper in the bathroom. Some had smeared poo all over the only working stall in... ladies room. All the air vents had mold growing around them. The store smelled think a dirty bathroom. Board of health needscalled on this place! Read more
The service is outrageous. Arrive at 9:40pm and was told they were closed. When I responded they don't close until 10, I got no... response. When I pulled to the window and asked for the manager, I got attitude from the girl at the drive through. Once themanager showed up, I asked for the owner or GM and was told there was no owner. This was not my first time coming to thislocation, but it will be my last. Judging from most of the reviews I am not sure how they remain open. If I was the owner or GM,I would be more than a little angry that my employees were turning customers away and closing early. Deserves zero stars. Read more
I love KFC foodies. But this location is not clean. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning. It smells when you welcome in. The... ladies restroom was nasty. When. I walked passed the kitchen it smelled horrible. Whoever operates this location. Needs to comeand see what is happening. Calling for a refund in the in the morning. It's swimming in grease, there's so much of it the skin has peeled off, waited 20... min at the window with a simple order. No gravy with the potatoes. The whole meal was a waste. It's burnt and I'm extremelydisappointed. How disgusting. Read more
I walked in to dine in there and had an employee walk by me and asked if I was DoorDash and I said no. So she walked on. Had... another employee yell to me from the back. I?m sorry I?ll be with you in a minute. Then she came up and made some mashedpotatoes and gravy and looked at me and said I?ll be with you in a minute. I stood by the register for eight minutes and finallywalked out because I had no help. Horrible customer service! This location will close down if new management isn?t hired.
