Don't refry old chicken, that's nasty.
We went to grab a quick bite for lunch but our experience turned sour when we asked to be refunded for an extra side we didn?t... want. We weren?t upset until the cashier, Wallace, tried to convince me that all sides were the same price, continued to huffand puff, muffled Lord Jesus and a bunch of other slurred words at me. We poceeded to wait over 20 mins for our order when the2 customers behind us got their food before us. Wallace mentioned they were waiting on Mac N Cheese but 1 of the customersbehind us somehow got two Mac n cheese bowls. There?s no reason for the customer service to be lacking in all areas. As per earlier review, we purchased 8 piece bucket KFC chicken, but came home with only 4 pieces and 2 tiny ones. However, when... we came back 3 days later, with the same staff in the counter, we raised up the issue. Without much questions, he give usanother bucket with 8 pieces of chicken - hot and tender KFC chicken. We are very much surprised with the gesture made tocompensate the mistake that had happened. Thank you KFC! We will surely come back to KFC at Walmart in Loop 323 to patronizetheir business. Read more
I ordered the $30 deal which came with chicken and tenders. NEVER got my tenders and i can't find a number to call to let y'all... know. I will not be back after this. If you can't properly do your job you shouldn't be there. Read more
