Often times have a long wait time here, but the employees are always nice.
I do not think any little Caesars store anywhere is a big difference. The only change is the customer service. The buildings... and inside have a certain style but their pizza taste. Customer service doesn't exist at this location. The one on HWY 69 in Jacksonville, of all places, is better. The "workers" are... always playing really loud/inappropriate rap music in the back and lack any sort of friendliness. I never get greeted orthanked; when someone finally does come to the counter they just stand there with a blank expression; never a 'Hey, how are you?What can I get for you?' I called last night because it's been a while since I've had a pizza, but when the lady answered thephone (after 20 rings), "Little Cesar's," and I made known I wanted to make a to go order, "alright..." was her second responseso I just said, "never mind," and hung up. We are all paid actors at our jobs, no one is happy about working at a fast foodplace I get it, but it's the job! So slow. Service sucks. If you want pizza anytime soon call in the day before. This is why you cant get pizza. Sleeping at the... counter and he is on his phone. Took 38 minutes from online app order till pizza was ready. The pizza that was ordered was aclassic $5 pepperoni and a $6 extra most bestest.
