Unpleasant staff. Pizza was completely messed up. Cheese was sliding off of half the pizza. The order was 15 mins late to top it... all off. The only positive was the manager gave us a free Thin Crust Cheese Pizza for our next visit. Read more

Manager of the night today was such a great costumer service , she was handling her store so very well and she was 2 people... short that wakes out on her than come back trying to disturb , she was extremely professional, stood strong against thedisrespect of employees, and ruled customer not taking the situation to concideration , I have being to some fancy dine inrestaurants and had service that wasn't as professional and to point like this lady and the young lady in the cashier . Sorryfor not remembering your names Ladies but the pizza was good and so was the wings congrats for doing a great job with what youguys had to work with . God bless you . And I am coming back soon . I saw a young lady with extremely long nails stretching and patting her head. She pulled a pizza out and started to cut it... without washing her hands. She didn't have a cap or hair net on and is not required to wear gloves per Rachel H. the manager onduty. I continue to watch her as she was day dreaming and continued to do it again before pulling out another pizza. I asked forrefund and Rachel was rude. Rachel H. the manager also had long painted nails, which I believe is a big NO in the food Industry.They should all be required to take an online food handling course and should follow the rules.This was at the Front Streetstore. The little Caesars I have been to lately have not been the best. And have been getting some pretty hard crazy bread. Well today... went to little Caesars in Tyler on front street. They were short staffed and running just a little slow but the pizza and crazybread was definitely the best I have had in a while. Just wanted you to be recognized for great work and food with little help. Read more
