Employee laughing when our order was wrong. Didn't even engage us when supervisor came over. Cussing by employees after taking... out order. All staff was unprofessional in every way! After a year of this place service is no better. 8 out of ten times the order will be wrong. Talking to other employees is... more important than pay attention to the customer. As much as I hate self check out this is a good case for it. Read more
First time there. Was there with my grandchildren. That is there favorite place to eat. Had a hard time with getting something... to drink. Am old time. But they love McDonald's. Read more

Food was good; service was fast. But the person taking my order in the drive-thru was hard to understand and rather rude.
We ordered 4 meals 2 of which were kids meals. We waited close to 10 minutes for our food to come to the window. When it finally... came it was at least hot. Not bad but definitely should be better. Read more
Not much to say about this McDonald's because it's a McDonald's. I remember years ago were you can more dollar items but now... when I went they only had two. Any size drink and a chicken sandwich. Their "meal deals" are not deals at all. I mean comeover 6 bucks for a meal and you do get much give a break. On the plus side they have one of those coke machines were you get tochoose and combine drinks you want. I do find it werid at McDonald's locations that the soda drink are really sweet. I knowsoda has sugar but if you pay attention to what your drinking you can tell. Oh I forget on some mornings at this location thereis a group that comes in and they talk loud so you will not have a quote eating experience. Read more
Waited in drive thru after paying for my order, pulled up for my order, o customers in lobby, 4 or 5 associates just standing... around fixing their own drinks and never no acknowledgement of customer, I got a young girls attention and ask why they were notwaiting on customers , I got the deer in the head light look, ask for a manager and she said now, really, yes now and a youngman came to the window, same look and I ask for owners number and name, he states name is a Lilly but she don?t work there. Thebun was stale and old, needs management training and associates need to work. Read more
