We just left Mr. Ho's....again. we've only eaten there twice but have officially made this place our new "spot". The owner,... Steve, goes above and beyond for his customers. Not to mention, the food is unbelievable! Best pizza I've had in a long time.And we love that he hires kids in middle and high school. It teaches them such a great work ethic. Amazing service. We had never ordered there before and the man on the phone was very patient. He helped me figure out what my... family and I needed to get for a delivery and warned me ahead of time the fees. He was kind and said that it would be deliveredas soon as it was ready. Within 30 mins as we are right down the road, both were at our house and still pipping hot. The pizzaswere correct and tasted amazing. Will most definitely be ordering again. Read more
Will not be going back and I highly do not recommend. I ordered a pizza and two different types and sizes of boneless wings.... They said 30-45 minutes and it got here a little after an hour later. I understood that can be the case sometimes. Once Ichecked my order it was completely wrong. I called to see if they would give me a credit, or some sort of reimbursementconsidering it was too late in the evening to have them send something else out. The Head of the store GEORGE spoke to me andblamed everything on his young employees and said "it was not his fault"... Even though he is the one running the establishment.I proceeded to tell him that I am just looking for a credit or something of the sort and he hung up on me ... TWICE. It was oneof the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had in regard to customer service. I am currently looking to speak withsomeone above him to have George held accountable for his actions. And it needs to be made aware that he treats his staff verypoorly. We have really enjoyed Mr. Hos pizza up until this encounter with George. Read more
The pizza is really good but they charge you to use your debit or credit card and don't tell you ahead of time. They just have... this sitting on the counter where it's not noticeable. ???? Read more
