Clearly, not their best work. Got a family order and an extra small side of honey walnut shrimp for $6.15. 15 percent of the... bill, and they couldn't get it in the box. Asked if that was everything, they said yes, I looked at the items and was told thatit. They gave me extra chow mein. Tried calling right after at 1700, 1702 & 1705. So now I'm on here. Make it right, don't makeit right, it is what it is. I'm glad I could buy the most expensive item on the menu and not even get it. Awesome job, PandaExpress. Read more

Ah.. so I understand there was a soy sauce shortage at some point, but every time I come there the employees have an attitude... AND don?t wanna hand over the soy sauce.. now working in customer service i understand how annoying it can get, trust me I?vecaught an attitude more times than I?d like to admit. However this is each time I?ve been there, seen new faces and they seem tobe giving the same annoyed energy which makes me wonder what the manager is doing to ensure your employees are doing okay! Lifeisn?t easy, and working your life away and not reaping the benefits is enough to put anyone in a sour mood. But I hope whoeveris in charge can manage their employees well so that they can work well without their feelings effecting how they work???? Read more
Stopped off for a 11:30am lunch on Saturday. The lobby is closed with no signs posted. Tried the drive through and no rice... available for another hour despite them opening an hour beforehand. We took our business next door to Slim Chickens. Read more
Wait time was a little long, but food was good.
Went to Panda on a Thursday around 2:00 in the afternoon to get a family meal there wasn't hardly anything in the case, they had... orange chicken and a little bit of Shrimp but not very much of any other entre so I took 2 of the orange chicken as far as therice and noodles they were a little old. Literally bought food from this location on Troup Hwy. Tyler, Tx. about 15 minutes ago.. And bought a plate with Honey walnut... shrimp....mind u they charged me a upcharge for this particular shrimp. Why did I open my box only to see 4 shrimp on myplate!!!
