I really like Papa Johns. The pizza is always fantastic and hot. But they're always so short staffed! Delivery usually takes... about an hour (1 hr 3 minutes this latest time) so I don't order from them as much as I might otherwise. But if you don't mindthe wait, the pizza is always great! Read more
We got dinner from this location. They cut it at first, the standard triangle pieces and then realized we requested it to be... square cut. Honestly, I liked that they cut it like this, both square and triangles. Very good pizza. They were running late dueto something going on and I get that. Things happen. I have worked as a delivery person and know the printer for which theorders come in on for the preparers can jam. That sends a ripple for the pizzas getting done on time and out the door. Firstly I love Papa John?s pizza, their flavor is the best. But that?s where the positivity of this post ends. My first... complaint, one time I ordered delivery after 2 hours of waiting I got a call stating they didn?t have any drivers to deliver andI could come pick up my pizza. Totally understand? My second complaint, one time I tipped online and the guy made me sign a copyand he tipped himself $5 after I had already tipped him online. My third complaint, one time I ordered food and the deliverydriver forgot an item for my order and was never discounted for the missing item. All in the span of my last 3 times ordering.Last night we decided to try Papa John?s one more time. Just give them a shot we love the pizza. Today both my boyfriend and Ihave had diarrhea and no you may be thinking you must have ate something else to cause this. Unacceptable. My pizza arrived as a pile of mush because it was obviously dropped. I called the store to put in a complaint.... Their response was "We're busy and are using Door dash for deliveries " I was then offered store credit. Store credit doesn't dome any good if I don't plan on ordering again. The worst part was instead of taking the blame, they tried to blame Door dash.The person who dropped (literally) the food off was in a clearly marked Papa John's uniform and had a PJ bag. Absolutely disgusted. Didn?t leave my order here where I work and won?t refund because they said my phone number was wrong.... Checked papa johns app and it shows my correct number. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!! Read more
