Was pretty good. The one star ratings wreak of privilege, so buy into that. This is a small restaurant that serves pretty good... Pho. Service is what I expect in a small place with one server on a Sunday. He worked hard and got to the point. Kind of sadthat they don’t have tripe here, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Also, no basil. But again, not a deal breaker. Definitelycoming back. Read more

Would have rated 5 stars if they were not short staffed but I will be back for the sandwiches here.

I really dislike leaving bad reviews but it’s important for people to know where they are spending their money and what they... are putting in their mouth. We have to all look out for each other. Owning a restaurant is definitely hard work and not easy butit is also an incredible privilege and responsibility. We recently found hair (not just one) in our food. When we tried toreturn the food and show the lady the hairs she was screaming, like literally. She told us it’s not true. It’s not hair. Wewaited too long to bring back….on and on and on. My husband is extremely patient and very kind. I was shocked when he lost hiscomposure. We love supporting our local Tyler businesses but don’t bite the hand that feeds you Pho. This practice andbehavior will catch up to you. I would strongly encourage anyone reading this review to go spend your hard earned moneysomewhere else. Especially if you don’t like multiple hairs in your food. Read more

I had a wonderful experience here! It was my first time. The chefs here are very talented, and my food was delicious. The... employees were so very kind, and I can't tell you how much it brightens a place up when everyone smiles at you. They were allsmiling. It made me feel happy inside. I had the pho hot special and tofu spring rolls. I left with a belly full of happiness! Read more

Best Pho I've had. I'm a huge fan of pho and pad thai and, most often when I get pho I have to add to the broth.. a lot; soy... sauce, chili oil, etc. No. This broth is so flavorful all on it's own. (We had#12; seafood Pho) The shrimp pad Thai withpeanut sauce.. divine. I would eat this every day if I could afford it. It's a tad pricey and we waited awhile before they tookour order but it was worth it and will will definitely be back. Read more

We went on a Sunday and the hours on Google maps said they closed at 9pm. We went at around 7:45pm. It was a big group of 7... adults and 6 kids. The hours on the door said they closed at 8. The man that was going to seat us said that we should come inthat it would be fine, when we told him that we were a big group he said it was ok, so we ended up staying. The food tastedgreat and was brought out within 10-15min but the service was ok. I figured it was because the servers were ready to leave andwe're not expecting to stay an extra 45 min on a Sunday. I will go again but not at a different time and hope their serviceimproves. Read more

This is the spot for authentic Vietnamese. The menu has a ton of options if you are looking for some tasty Asian flavors.... Dynamite egg rolls and the Pho is the real deal. The Pho Hot Special (P1) is delicious. The broth tastes like it's been on thestove for days and the meat is flavorful and plentiful. My wife enjoyed the Chicken Pho (P10). She also loved her broth and theflavor of the chicken. The Vietnamese coffee is terrific. Can't wait to dig into the menu in what will be many future visits. Read more

I had the meatball Pho (P5) and my partner had their round steak and brisket Pho (P7). We also had some egg rolls (A1) and... spring rolls (A2). I think the food overall was super good. I've tried other pho places in Dallas but I would say the food hereis just as good. I did not have any issues with the customer service or anything, server was nice and the cashier was as well.
