Arrived at 3pm. Restaurant was somewhat busy, although no one was in line ahead of us. We ordered 2 Chef's favorite Piatas with... steak. We were informed that it would take 3 minutes for the steak. Feedback from my 12 year old: ?better than ANYTHING I?ve ever had! (Mac and cheese, and garlic dough). I felt the atmosphere was... inviting and warm. The people we?re friendly! One of my favorite restaurants! All of their items are delicious but the power bowl with salmon is my favorite item on the menu.... Everytime I go Chef Luis greets us with a smile and a happy attitude which is rare to see these days! I notice he takes the timeto make sure every guest gets what they want and his personality must be contagious because every worker there is always in agood mood. I definitely recommend this Piada! All I can say is this place is great and the management is what it should be! I went with my family last weekend (I had been... there before but everyone else hadn?t). Manager Luis helped explain the menu to my Spanish speaking parents, it definitelyhelped that he is bilingual and extremely respectful. No complaints in my behalf for service or the food! Think of this as an Italian Chipotle. You walk up, pick what you want, add what you want for the ultimate customized lunch. So... good!! I got the basil pesto penne with grilled chicken and broccoli, my husband got the carbonara with meatballs. Yeah,whatever I get next time getting those meatballs. That's where it's at!!
