Thus pizza place is okay to eat from. I prefer to eat at the Mineola texas pizza hut because their pizza just seems to taste way... better but sometimes I go to tyler to my husband's work and lindale is on the way there. I come here once or twice out the week to get food before work. I am usually greeted & treated very nicely. On October 5th, I... noticed they weren?t open so I asked the girl if they opened at 10. She said ?No we open 11:30? with an attitude. Then I calledback to speak with a manager, she said she was the manager! I was shocked. Managers don?t usually have an attitude or act?sassy? when you ask simple questions. But this is what she explained & exactly how she explained ?Were opening at 11 becauseI?m behind on a few things & even though I said 11 it might not even be 11, it?ll be 11:10?. I said ?ok, thank you for lettingme know.? She didn?t say anything back, just hung up the phone. By far the worst experience I?ve had EVER AFTER years. Sheneeds to work on her customer service skills. Even when you are under pressure you should still be nice to customers! Read more
