Made our order and told them our sauces multiple times because this is not the first I haven?t received something here. Was told... to park out back and when they brought the food there were no sauces at all. The front door was locked at 7 pm so we had to openthe back door where they brought our food and they were completely out of cocktail sauce so we asked for something else and theytold us to go around to the drive thru again and the girl said she doesn?t get paid to bring stuff out to us. Tried to place our order. Was place a family deal and told the person that we wanted all dark half of them legs. It was an 11... piece with 2 large sides. We don't like white meat. So the guy told us he had to charge us for each individual piece of chickento do it that away all because we didn't like white chicken. Will never ever go there again. We don't have this problem at anyof the other popeyes except this one and he told my husband well that is the other ones you are at this store. I paid almost $10 for my meal and received a small thigh and a very small side of beans and rice. They put of line. If I... wouldn't have been almost late for work I would have went back and asked for replacements or my money back. Needless to say Iwon't be going back. Was ask to pull to the back to wait on spicy chicken waited 30 minutes, seen male employee come out back door 2 times smoking... and on cell phone. Pulled back to the window and was ask what I had. Got there and the mic didn?t work then they only had 1 chicken sandwich left when we wanted 3. I ended up getting the 5 pice... tender meal spicy with a sweet tea my sister got the last chicken sandwich with a frozen strawberry lemonade. That?s what weordered. I just ordered through the drive thru and was not impressed at all. I ordered a #4 3 piece chicken tender, the worker at the... window was short with me over the speaker, then told me my total was over $12. When I asked for a receipt she said "its notworking" then handed me a handful of coupon vouchers. I didn't upside my drink but was handed a large so I'm fairly positive shecharged me for a large instead of the regular. When I told her again that I needed a receipt she said "you can come back around3." The cherry on top was when she handed me my bag there was a busted honey packet on top of my food box. I will not becoming back here and highly suggest the management team have conversations with their team members about customer relations.Just go on down to Raising Canes where it feels like your business is appreciated.
