The employees were unprofessional and rude. The manager was yelling at other employees in front of customers. One employee was... handling the money when done giving the customer their change back began to make orders without washing hands or wearing glovesdropped their box on the floor picked it up and placed the chicken and the peice of paper back into it and continue to maketheir food. She had to wait for more chicken to be made to finish their order she then turned around began to take our order atwhich time I told my husband we were not eating at this disgusting place and we left. We have eaten here several times and thefood was always dry and tasted like it was old so this was definitely the final straw for us we will NOT be back!!!! Read more
Should have read the bad reviews first. 30 minutes to fill my order & I was the only person in the store & they had plenty of... chicken. Mostly waited while the staff talked to each other. Order should have 2 large sides - no lg maccheese but severalsmalls. Had to wait on them to make a large-what? Then when I got home it was only half full. Dont waste your time or money. Ohyeah forgot - the smell other reviews mentioned is still there. Read more
Love their chicken, the staff is friendly and the drive thru line was actually moving pretty quick,the entrance is usually... locked but I see that on the day I visited the dining room was open so the option to enter and order was great. Overall I loveto eat here. Read more
Couldn't order from outside. The floor was filthy and a terrible stench at the counter. They couldn't have moved slower if they... tried. No smiles, customer service is lacking. Whoever owns this location, just doesn't care. I'm done with Popeyes. Read more
The manager and help were working Xtra hard since they were very short handed(seems it's the new norm that people don't hold... down jobs?) The shrimp are much smaller, the dirty rice recipe has changed some (inflation, recession?) But it ok consideringeverything. Read more
Cashier just stared at us when we walked in. Restaurant was not clean. Food was not good. There was water all over the floor and... I almost slipped several times, with no wet floor sign. And there's some decorative jars of food on display, with a bunch ofmold growing in them. Worst experience I have ever had at a Popeyes. Read more
Restrooms are dirty, kitchen is dirty there is a weird odor in the entry way to the restaurant. The cashier didn't greet me just... stared at me haha. It's $3.56 for a large drink here yikes $$$ I got turned off and didn't order any food because they messed upthe guys order in front on me so I just got a drink. Read more
This place has really gone downhill, it?s pretty much a broken record if I repeat the many reviews that are already here. Check... your order you will be missing something, clear your schedule sometimes, expect poor service and bickering. It is has alwaysbeen something when I go here over the past three months. Dear Owner, talk with staff or fire them. Pay a better salary to atleast get a manger here that can manage poor attitudes. Read more
