Inconsistent. When it's good it's great. But the meat quality is low. The one thing I can count on is at least one out of three... of the pieces being more gristle than edible chicken. But if you get lucky and get all actual chicken tenders it's delicious. Read more

The food is great but the chicken is not as tender and juicy as the other Raising Caines I have eaten at, the crust is harder... and I like crispy and softer crust, the Tyler location has been too crispy and drier the last 3 times I have been. They do not offer a way to buy chicken for a reasonable price outside the meals. I do not like coleslaw and don't want to pay... for something I won't eat, so I asked about ordering a 6 piece without the drink or sides and was told that the 6 individualpieces would be over twelve dollars. My choices are to either pay for something I don't want and throw it out or be chargedextra for trying not to be wasteful. Read more
This was my first visit, although I?ve heard about this restaurant for years. The sauce is amazing, as well as the toast. The... fries and slaw were good. Pretty good chicken. Last time I was in they had a sign that offered a "hero" discount. There were some firefighters ahead of... me In Uniform, and they didn't give them the discount. Train the staff better! First responders in uniform shouldn't have toask to get the discount you advertise. Read more

Chicken was soso! Only one sauce at least offer an alternative sauce. Check out the small drink anywhere else this medium drink... would be a small. In times of high prices and everyone is struggling a little more drink wouldn't hurt this company. Won't begoing back. Read more
