They were so rude the girl that took our order wasn't even paying attention she took forever to take our order once we payed she... kept staring at my card i don't understand why she gave my card back and she was just standing there and our drinks were alreadymade and she was taking someone else's order while our drinks were just sitting. One of my drinks was a refresher and theydidn't put the inclusions in the drink they put Sooo much ice in it their was barely any refresher in my cup and she didn't evenask if i wanted lemonade or coconut milk she just assumed i wanted water after i said i wanted lemonade when we had order ourdrinks thats how i know she wasn't paying attention! Worse service ever ! If she memorize my card information i am pressingcharges if i start getting charges on my card that i don't make. If only i could rate a zero instead of a star i would ! So not impressed. This is how much you get when you order with no ice. Had I known this is what I was going to get I would have... went to the other Starbucks that has no problem filling the cup up. So I paid for a Venti oat milk shaken espresso only to get1/4 of the cup. It also tastes nothing like it?s supposed to. I will never come back. Feel privileged I didn?t throw a fitsince my son was with me. This place is a joke. Read more
Don?t go here if you have food allergies. My order was made incorrectly twice within the last couple weeks. When I called to... make management aware, they said they weren?t surprised given the person that made it. They made it right for me, but theredoesn?t seem to be much respect for those that have special orders. The ladies working were so nice and upbeat! I ordered the Mango Dragonfruit and the husband got the Nitro Cold Brew Vanilla and... the Nitro Cold Brew Almond Honey. All our drinks were made perfectly and service was amazing. One of the best Starbuckslocations! Read more
I've been to the Starbucks several times just like any Starbucks that offers all the regular drinks the only thing is is that... every time that I go no matter what time of the day it is the wait in the drive-thru is always 10 to 20 minutes currently I'msitting here in the Drive-Thru and I've been here already 10 minutes and I haven't even made it to the ordering station. Thething is is that there's only been maybe eight to 10 cars that have gone through in that 10 minutes. I'm not exactly sure whyit takes so long to get coffee at this Starbucks location but it's definitely an issue that's been ongoing and not a new thingso if you do go here plan on waiting a while to get your coffee whether you're going inside or going through the drive-thruunless you call ahead and order that way Read more
