This location was in Louisiana not Tyler. Lacked flavor. Just drank it for the caffeine at this point. Doors locked no sign till... you walk up to it and read the fine print closed. Drive thru only. The Broadway location always friendly and fast service. WhenI'm traveling you never know what kind of store your going to get. Florida is always friendly and takes care of you. The one inAlabama Coffee was ok. Ok so on Tuesday morning 8/20 I went to another Starbucks in Hattiesburg, Ms. 6:15 am. Didn't have itemI wanted fruit and cheese box . Coffee was good but first time I couldn't get item I needed to keep going so I didn't have tostop for lunch. Person was friendly. Used my coffee offer. Read more

This place was horrible the employees were rude some on their phones and you could hear them being awful to other employees and... the wait time sucked heck I rather buy the Starbucks stuff from The grocery store and make it myself than go back to this placewhere I felt uncomfortable!! I could easily write an essay about how unprofessional and horrible this place is to work in!!!! The high turnover rate doesn?t... surprise me. Due to hours constantly being cut it?s a huge issue with keeping the place staffed and you?re basically forced tostay open. The pay is not worth the pain and hassle, doesn?t even compensate for all of the work you?re told to do. It?sconstantly being micro-managed, it?s like you can?t take a breath. Once promoted to Team lead it?s an instant switch inattitude/personality towards employees. This is one of 6 or 7 Starbucks locations in the Tyler area. It?s located on the inside front of Target. They are always fast,... courteous and good at what they do. This is my favorite Starbucks in our area. Read more
