Paid 9.04 today in store:) got my sandwich and cake pop, but when I asked where my muffin was the lady told me she didn?t ring... it in:) so I went to check the cost of just a sandwich and a cake pop and it came out to around 6 something:) really wish theywould rush to get through customers and definitely will not be going back to this Starbucks again Read more
Easily the most unprofessional and rude staff members you could imagine. The manager was too busy standing in front of the... register talking on the phone to ring me up and once she finally did she just gave me a price and hanged me a receipt whilestill blabbering on the phone about ordering more chips for Crystal? The barista making my drink looked at me like I was thebiggest inconvenience on the planet since I made her leave her Hot Cheetos and Dr. Pepper on the table to get up and make mydrink. Also, she didn't wash her hands before coming back to work. Super gross. Before she completed my order, she received apersonal phone call on her cell phone and answered it, cussing every three words before handing me my cup. Read more
I had lecture at 8:30 and would stop by to get a coffee or a drink to keep me going. They always make my order right. And... spelled my name right. The ladies are sweet. They were very helpful when I was getting multiple orders for my friends. I wouldsay the rush hour was every time students came out of class. Also if you?re a student and go here a lot, get a reusable cup theyare around $3 and it?s cheaper! :) Read more
Apparently they charge for water. When I mentioned that Starbucks policy is that they don?t charge for water (as a former... employee) they claim they can charge because they?re only licensed by Starbucks so they?re allowed to. BS. Read more
I was drug there kicking and screaming. As far as business goes as well maintained and professionally handled. Friendly and... courteous staff members that were eager to help the one that I was with. All though, I personally feel that the staff /associates paid far too much attention to the drive through window than the customers inside. Read more

Its convenient if you're a student and a great study area. If not, the customer service is not great because of their stress... level. Take it for what it is and be aware. The ladies are very sweet if you take the time to understand them. Read more
Really rude without reason. Made my drink wrong leaving out the flavor syrup, I asked them if I could purchase some to add it... myself and she said no and to just use sugar packet instead of allowing me to pay and get it fixed? Read more
