I placed my curbside order for a 6" and diet coke at about 10:50, it said it would be ready at 11:15. I've ordered from this... location many times with no issues, everything is always accurate and the girl knows me by the car I drive and is always superfriendly. Today when I arrived a man came out and didn't say anything just handed me the bag and started walking back inside. Igot his attention and asked him what about the diet coke I paid for. He rudely turned around and said well looks like you'llhave to come inside and get that. I've never been told that before and secondly if I wanted to go inside for a coke I'd just goahead and pickup my sandwich at the same time. That defeats the purpose of curbside. This man needs to be retrained. I did notgo back inside to get my drink even though I paid for it because of how rudely I had been treated. I will be thinking twicebefore visiting again unless something is done, I could just as easily go to the whichwich that's a half a mile down the road. Read more
