The new store manager Michael is amazing. He?s very experienced in management and working so hard to improve this location and... re-training staff to make sure things are done correctly unlike how it was before. Everything is neat, clean, and well stocked.If you were an old customer here I strongly recommend that you please give it another chance! Cj is disgusting. She literally put the meat on the bottom vegetables on top and made no effort to make my sandwich right or... close it right. She needs to be re-trained. This Subway at South Broadway offers delicious sandwiches and cookies. The staff are super friendly and patient enough to cater... to the customers' needs. I have also observed this subway to provide opportunity to specially abled individuals to work at thecounter, which is highly appreciable. The only downside is whenever I have visited (almost all the times) there is a long queuebefore you could get your order, which completely is an energy-drainer for me especially after finishing my shopping at Walmart.It would be great if they could consider increasing the staff number. No one is ever up front to help me you, you have to ring a bell (that doesn?t work) to get assistance. My DoorDash orders are... always late with them because they don?t start the order until I get there. Read more
