My husband went through the drive thru and ordered the taco party pack but soft tacos because we do not eat crunchy tacos ever.... He came home and it was all crunchy tacos. I went up there after calling several times and getting and loud beep like a faxmachine and told the manager what happened and she told me that he ordered crunchy I told her he said soft and she proceeded toargue with me saying he said crunchy and she knows because she was the one that made it when my husband said it was a guy and myreceipt say tyree. She didn?t have to argue with me over whose fault it was I wasn?t that mad about the mistake until she wasimplying my husband of 17 years was lieing. We have never ordered crunchy tacos. Been together for 19 years. I find it very rudeto argue with me about who?s fault it was and imply my husband is lying and she is right.very unprofessional. Read more
Quite literally the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The food is never made right and is either over cooked or burnt most of... the time. I got there at 8:45 to get breakfast (they open at 8) and no one would answer at the drive through. I had to drivearound to the window and knock on it to finally get someone's attention. Then they told me the "breakfast stuff isn't readyyet". I've given this one soooo many chances and every single one has been a dissapointment. Won't be returning to thislocation. Read more
It does not have any flavor, I do not recommend anyone to go to this location, the person who took my order was rude and I will... not come to this place again. My friend went up there to get his order fixed and waited 10 minutes just to get the same thingback no change, the staff were fighting in the kitchen and it was a horrible place to eat. Very rude staff. They always say sauce is in the bag and most of the time it's not. Then when asking for sauce they are always... rude and only give a 4 sauces for 12 tacos then have to argue with them just to get a few more sauces. I called the districtmanagers number that was posted on the window before and he was so ready to get me off the phone he didn't care about mycomplaint. This is the worst taco bell location in town. Wish taco bell could get some real competition so maybe they would stepup their customer service. Read more
Good quality Taco Bell food. Staff was friendly, got kind of loud when one worker got there, I think he was making stuff up... about his check and also a dog idk.
