We were a party of 8. Most everything on the menu was fried. One ordered crawfish and we sent it back. It was not fresh or... cooked right. The portions were not right either. I guess this place is new and does not have all the kinks worked out. This was a Sunday night, there were not that many people... in the place. Service not great, I think they were overwhelmed with 2 tables in the place. The kids food was not good, mydaughter ordered kids fried shrimp, they brought her a basket of fries with 4 shrimp that looked like popcorn shrimp, the mealwas $9 the value was not there, they did say the shrimp was not the normal but still didn\'t make sense as to why they would notadd more shrimp in that case. I don\'t think these type of places are good in our area. The shrimp and sausage combo I had wasnot great either, shrimp was tasteless, the sausage was all that gave me something worth eating. Today was our 1st time going after many co workers have told us about the great food and service. They were Right. The service... was excellent. Asked many questions about the food and the spiciness and the waitress gave an on spot about what too expect. She nailed it. The food!!!. Was great. The flavors were really good. The portions were good and the price was reasonable. Atmosphere was a nice relaxing and up beat. The manager Peter was so nice and really seemed excited to welcome everyone. Iwould recommend The Juicy Seafood restaurant too everyone.
