My least favorite Whataburger in town ???? Service has gotten incredibly slow, but after what happened the other night, I will... definitely do my best to avoid this location. After waiting in line, when it was my turn to order, the gentleman told me thegas company needed to do something next door so they couldn't take my order unless I wanted to wait 10-15 minutes. There wereno more cars behind me, why not take one more order and then close the line? Read more
Stopped by for a quick snack and ordered Two Medium White Chocolate Raspberry Shakes and Two Medium Fries. Shake was ok but... seemed like a plain vanilla shake. Fries were heavily salted. BUT get this...the cost was $13.42!!! Could have gone to LonghornSteakhouse for a incredible burger lunch for $8.99! Read more
The sweet tea was good but the hamburgers honestly lack any bit of flavor or moisture whatsoever it's like eating a piece of... cardboard that someone forgot to season. We're not even going to get into the fries I've never gotten hot fries like not evenonce you think after 45 minutes of waiting in a take out line of 5 cars the food would be worth the wait but it's not. Words can not describe the frustration I have with this location. First issue I had was after ordering a #13 chicken strips meal... with a sweet tea I was handed my food and drink out of the drive thru window only to realize, there is no chicken :) Onlyfries, gravy, and toast. I did not complain as I?ve worked in the food industry and understand how it can be. I go back tothis establishment today, 7/29/22 @2:00pm, with A Mobile App order #13 Chicken Strip Meal with Sweet Tea, I get to the window anasked by the Young Blonde Lady ?did you order the?.. or the mobile order?. ?Mobile order? I replied. I get handed a drink anda bag? I figured my chicken was in the bag so I get to work and unpack the bag to find A Chicken Sandwich, and my drink is not asweet tea it is a Diet Pepsi. Visit 05/07/22 @ 9PM. None of the staff would even acknowledge people in the lobby to place an order. Ordered on the app ahead,... couldn't pick up the food. Staff was too busy on a personal cell phone call to take orders. The quality of food was terrible.This place has gone so far down hill it's unbelievable. I won't be back. It's the closest whataburger to my house and soconvenient... $30 of wasted money. The order was completely wrong. There were toppings missing that I paid extra for. The wrongsize fries. Dipping sauce that I paid for were missing. When I finally got my food I left, I believe that my food would havebeen spat in if I questioned the staff. I could have gotten faster service, better customer service, and spent the same amountat a regular restaurant. The staff do not belong in any type of service industry or to be receiving a paycheck if they refuse todo their job. Read more
I had always heard about Whataburger so when visiting Texas for the first time, we had to give it a shot...ended up eating there... 3 times in a week! SO GOOD! Better than California's "famous" In and Out by far AND had more options. Prices are goodconsidering the quality and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!!! Read more
