I was the only customer inside the store and only 2 cars in the drive thru. Another Whataburger employee from another store... was there to pick up a bucket of pickels and He finally had to start saying hello, hello, finally He was taken care of. So there are two senior ladies working in the lobby and the front register. I don?t know if Whataburger is supposed to make you... feel at home, but these ladies were thoughtful. Polite. Kind. Courteous. OMG! They paid attention to every person that into therestaurant! Makes me want to go back for coffee and I don?t even like coffee! I just want to be where the staff makes you feelwelcome and warm all over! Lol By the way I didn?t eat anything while I was there I just needed a spot to take care of somebusiness matters real quick. Sign on door clearly said lobby closes at 11, door is locked at 10. Called and the girl on the phone rudely told me she didn?t... have time to change the sign, because she was the only one there. What happened to customer service? I understand being shorthanded, but that doesn?t give you the right to be rude to customers. I won?t be going to that whataburger again. Read more
Do you need a review for this. Best chain burger restaurant. Love the fries, A Texas tradition. How many places still put God on... the windows. Love this place. .Now days I get the double meat Whataburger junior, get my double meat without eating to much. Andof course a breakfast Taqueito is always in order. Love their onion rings but the most recent visits were a disappointment ???? I have ordered a hash brown burger (regular burger... with hash browns instead of a beef patty) several times but for some reason no one here knows what I?m talking about anymore. I also ordered chicken strips for the first time and instead of a 3 piece I got 1 3/4. Oh and no gravy. Made for a verysad dinner. Please get y?all?s act together ???? Read more
The food was awesome! Fresh and delicious. The service was perfect and the fun was a bonus! We will be eating here when we... can. We enjoyed all the car displays and atmosphere. What a fun place for car lovers young and old. Great food and lots of car models to look at.
