Drive thru ordered burger no lettuce no tomato no onion waited 20 minutes. Got my burger gobs of lettuce onion and tomatoes. ... Turned back around walked to counter waited 5 minutes. Manager looked at me holding bag walked right past me. She came backaround no greeting just said whats wrong. Showed her order and she said well do you want us to add pickles. In response i saidI want yall to make my burger as I ordered it. They went to the back with the burger. She came back with new bag and burgersupposedly remade. Got to my car opened burger it was the same burger with the tomatoes scraped off. At that point I gave up. I will no longer be going there. I understand its not an ideal job to have but as a customer I expect to at least get a correctorder. Read more
It was over in the morning after 1am but everytime I ask for no onions they always seem to end up on my hubby's burger, but due... to the time of the morning and the steady pace of customers in the drive thru this is very possible,I will check my order goingforward. Read more

If I take a lunch ... this is where I go. I eat inside because it's nice. The staff is nice and have never...NEVER... not even... once, gotten my order wrong. The food always tastes fresh and the unsweetened tea always good. The lovely lady who often waitson me is polite and sweet and never forgets to ask if I want ketchup. I don't eat ketchup but I can see that as a helpful thing.10/10 clean, good customer service, fresh food... I love whataburger in general but this is my favorite one of them. Read more
The absolute worst Whataburger I have been to and best believe I have been too many locations all around Texas. Ordered a number... six avocado bacon burger and was presented with a tomato and pickle burger. No avocado and no bacon. Had ordered a Sprite withthat and received nothing but carbonated water. Stay away from this place I stop going there because either they were getting my order wrong or the food was always cold.. This... is my first time ordering from there in a while guess what happens my order was all the way wrong and burger was ice cold. Thisis pathetic people are paying entirely too much for the workers to continue to less up. orders and when you call and tell themabout the order they are RUDE.
