This particular Whataburger has been going downhill in the recent months. Everytime I go I hope they had redeemed themselves and... they havnt. I just went and ordered through the drive through. The gentleman on the intercom was laughing and giggling the wholetime, when I pulled up the window he was joking with a coworker, then acted like I was inconvenienceing them. I did point out heput my order in wrong, to which he acted very snotty about it. Luckily my food was correct, this time. Every other time theorders have been so wrong I'm sure they are someone else's. My salad was maybe half full with the chicken, and it was all spring mix. I've bought this salad at many many locations and it... is always quite packed with mostly romaine lettuce. I informed them and was told that they weigh their salads and are sure itwas the right amount. They are hostile and rude. I should have known, the lady taking our order was talking as if she was at acar auction. That salad was way too expensive for the 2 small handfuls of spring mix that they threw in. Read more
They forgot to include my salad dressing. I found out about 20 minutes later when I was able to park to eat. I called and... complained and the African American female manager was very rude, she suggested that I drive 20 minutes back and pick it up.She's too defensive and aggressive to be in the customer service industry. I went thru the drive thru. The one who answered my call was great. It was when I got to the second window where I was treated... badly. I don't know the girls name but she has blond hair and pink or red in her hair. She didn't greet, confirm or even talk tome. She just gave me my drink, gave me an open bag, didn't ask if I wanted any condiment and no napkins. I got the food it theburger was really wet from I guess pickle juice and cold. The fries was cold and loaded with salt. I had to throw away half ofmy meal. This is the whataburger I always go to & never had any problems till last night. Read more

My hometown favorite burger (my hometown Corpus Christi). The staff here is East Texas friendly and each Tyler restaurant has a... unique theme which makes it fun to visit each one. This restaurant showcases a Soap Box Derby Race Car theme featuring awonderful collection of Hot Wheels cars. The food is prepared to order like all Whataburgers and I am thankful they areconsistent in getting my order correct! Read more
