I'm not fond of this location. Most whataburger's are delicious but not this location. If you decide to eat at 64E location,... better ask for them for lightly salted or your in for a very salty meal. We couldn't finish our food, it was ruined by salt. Read more
I came in at 3pm today and I?m not sure if it was shift change or what but I sat there in the drive though while they argued... about their positions for the day, nobody wanted to be on window so I was stuck there waiting to pay for 10 mins. $44 for three things. Fine whatever on the price. But for $44 I shouldn?t have to come back to the store whatsoever. First off... my daughters hamburger was wrong and she didn?t get her cookie(kids meal), we got two onion rings even though we asked for 1(butwere charged for the two), and lastly absolutely no ranch. Doesn?t ranch accommodate onion rings? And if so why did my fiancehave to pay for extra when we already had the inconvenience of having none. I would be more understanding if it wasnt alwayslike this every time. Honestly dont think we have had Whataburger in months because this one just sucks so much. its always aproblem everytime. I wish corporate of Whataburger would actually care more and provide better training or whatever they need.Again $44 for a messed up dinner that we had to travel back for. Its just not it. Read more
This is the worst whataburger to go to any time after midnight. Every time we go for late night whataburger runs to this... location, they tell us their ?systems are updating? and they can?t take any orders. This last time around we told them we hadbeen there a few hours earlier (which we had not) and they had said the same thing and asked if this was still the same update?and of course the worker said yes and went on a rant about how it updates all of their systems and registers. We knew it was alie since we had not actually been there a few hours earlier.. we just left and went to s different location. It?s verydisappointing since we love whataburger and this is the closest one to our house and it?s inconvenient to have to drive acrosstown to a different one because the workers don?t want to cook meals or wait on customers. I came to this location when I was on my way back home from Tyler getting my Hyundai serviced. I ordered breakfast and the man... that took my order was the general manager Mario Smith. I was greeted with a SMILE, friendliness and with top notch customerservice. That's more than I can say for most restaurants these days! I have a Whataburger in my home town and the service isNOTHING close to this friendly. The restaurant was immaculate when I walked in as well. Very clean! Staff was Incredibly hospitable! Let them know it was my 1st visit to a Whataburger. Oddly enough both I and one crew member... went to Marion Harding High School (Go Prexies) and both wound up in TX that day which happened to be my birthday! Food was hota delicious, shakes were Fantastic but bot too thick to clog the straw. Friendliest crew I've had the pleasure to be served by.Hi fives for everyone recommend raises and PTO. Open 24 hours - very good! Only serve breakfast from 11PM until 11AM - simply absurd (in my opinion). When I specifically ask... for the onions on my burger to be grilled, and am assured they will be, and then they are raw, I am not a happy customer. Thisis standard practice at this location. Apparently they don't know what it means to grill the onions. Inexcusable. Excellent wayto lose a customer. Read more
