Just tried to place an order eat in. We ultimately walked out! We were greeted without a smile, " are you paying cash?" No,... "well then we can't fill your order, our system is down. My husband then says, we will pay cash. She reluctantly takes our orderwhich we gave her written on a piece of paper. Her body language was terrible. She asked if we wanted anything else. Yes, 2Shiner Bocks. No, she said. I can't sell you that(even though it was in the case). We are going to be under new ownership, " Ican't sell you any for 2 weeks." My husband and I looked at eachother and decided that this was not worth the investment. Shewalked away without apology and told us to have a nice day. I mentioned to her that her attitude was horrible. To which shesaid, " have a nice day". Don't know what is going on behind the scenes here but it was not welcoming and no one else was eatingin. I use to love coming to this place. The food was always good, and customer service was on point. Came in today for an online... order. There were 4 workers and all were watching a video as we came in. One came to help else with our order and was yourtypical in and out conversation. As we went to get our drinks, I noticed the floor being extremely sticking and food underunoccupied tables. The soda machine which is touch screen, was so filthy it was unable to read the "touch". The counter with thetea was completely sticky, covered in trash with tons of tea under the straw and lid stand. Not to mention the puddle of tea onthe floor around the counter as well. That's where the sticky floor came from. It must've been sitting there long enough that itlead a trail from people walking in and out all day. Makes me wonder how the kitchen looks and if our food is safe to eat. Idefinitely would not have ordered here had I seen the inside first. Read more
We are not going back here. Customer service is okay. The food was okay, fries burnt and the place was not clean. We saw the... used lemon spread out the soda area. I would suggest staying away from this place if you need good food and ambience. Read more
Would give -0 star place is nasty nasty nasty. Food on floor bones on floor trash everywhere. NOT CLEAN AT ALL... Glad I didn't... order food. And they poured the used drinks from customers back into the fancy soda machine they have totally gross.........Will be letting anyone who will listen not to come to this establishment. They forgot one of our orders and I addressed it immediately. Waited patiently and we all finished eating and my daughter's... order still was not ready. Went to the counter and they had forgot all about her order. No one ever apologized for theinconvenience. There is poor communication to say the least. The place was not clean, tables were sticky and there was ranchall over the floor and multiple employees passed and never cleaned it up. Lots of youngsters work there and don't care. Worstwing stop I have ever gone to. By the way it was NOT busy at all. We were the only ones dining in. Btw the cashier was textingon her phone as she was taking our order, wish I hadn't ignored the first red flag. Read more
Ordered garlic parmazan wings. Got wings and only fried wings. No seasoning. Took back to counter and all they did was scantly... sprinkled parmazan on them. The girl at the counter spoke to fast to understand. Also looked down when she was speaking. Didn'task if we wanted dipping sauce with our order so we had to go back to the counter to pay for some.
