This particular store is always very clean and all of the staff I have encountered are very helpful, friendly and patient. I go... here to get a meatball sub for my grandparents pretty frequently and they like it a certain way so the sauce doesn't make thebread soggy. I had multiple orders and the counter lady was very patient with me and made it very easy for me to get them right.
They're always out of something. The place is always running slow, with only one employee most of the time. Staff service is... inconsistent, frustrating, and unprofessional. Staff also like to not wear gloves when preparing food. They do have a number ,but never answer when called. Worst subway I've ever been to. Read more
Don?t get me wrong, I love Subway. But the one in Tylertown is poorly run. No matter what I want to order, they always seem to... be out of it. I?ve been wanting to try the new wraps since they came out but every time I?ve tried to order one, they never haveany. Great little Subway in Tylertown. The staff is always friendly and the food fresh! I have a thing for their Chicken Bacon Ranch,... but most recently i tried their Meatball Sub soon Italian Herb with pepperjack cheese and jalapenos and it was AWESOME!!! I eathere often and will most definitely be back for more. Thanks everyone at Tylertown Subway for making your store memorable! Read more
