Why can't they get a simple order correct? Ordered boneless wings and sweet potatoe fries. Got a bunch of cold dry carrots... instead. No amount of ranch could have made them edible. BTW, wings were cold. Hit or miss Read more

Really good quality food with wonderful service! A hidden gem in Tyrone off of 74. I was impressed by the size of the tenders... and wings combo, definitely worth it. Our server was very accommodating to our group and continued to check on us while we werewaiting for another member. This place has a nice relaxed vibe (dimly lit) and serves really good food. Food is easily a miss, but the service is where this place really tanks. They use a 3rd party system for online orders, during... an outage they were unable to process and receive orders "all day". When I arrived to pick up my order (no indication on theonline system it was down) I was met with a metric ton of attitude and "we didn't get it". No apologies, no attempt to take theorder and make it. When I asked to place the order, seeing as I was there, I was given more attitude as they have to 'write itdown and walk it back there'. Then they charged me, again, and told me to file a claim with the 3rd party vendor to get theoriginal payment back. The manager gave a laughable excuse of 'we were hacked'. As an IT professional, I'm confident they werenot 'hacked' but rather had a system outage with no one competent to fix it. Bare minimum, notify your vendor to disalloworders you can't fulfill, and maybe try a little humility and kindness to your customers. Sorry to have inconvenienced you withmy order. A solid 4. Wanted to give it more but couldn't. The boneless wings tasted like burnt popcorn chicken. Needed more white meat.... The lemon pepper flavor was a bit dry. The fries were simple with no flavor. Nice staff though. Read more
Came for lunch - party of two? no wait for booth seating - Allison C took good care of us as our server. Salads were soon... delivered fresh. My wife had boneless wings and I had the Swiss Mushroom burger cooked to order, hot and fresh. All was good,no complaints. Read more
I love this place the atmosphere is excellent. The wings are a Lil expensive but worth it because of how big they are . Yes the... fried pickles are delicious, Everything I have ordered from there has been quite good. And the service is top notch I wouldsay they have a server there who is so gorgeous to begin with and she knows how to work the floor like it should be done andvery pro.pt for bringing you order and checking on you.
