Grabbed an early lunch 11am. Ordered a plain double , fries and nuggets. Only customer there at the time. Took them 5 minutes,... food was cold and they messed up the order. Truly baffling. Read more
horrible. Got two 5 $ biggie bags one of them was fresh and yummy the other one my nuggets were timed out and chewing them felt... like rubber. Oh and to also add the French fries where a mixture of over cooked and FROZEN FRIES. Also any time I ask for NOICE, my cup is EXTRA ICE. Absolutely horrible. Oh and to also add it?s a meal a bag right? Both my 5$ biggie bags where in onebag fries every where and nuggets put in like they were playing basketball. 1-10 would never recommend this location. Absolutely the most disgusting Wendy's I have ever enter ....the fry area was filthy on the floor the lobby floors were so slick... I almost fell. Tables were dirty.. bathroom was horrendous smelling. Read more
Good service and clean place. Staff always seem nice.
Pathetic service. Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. They did not repeat our order back to confirm, or display it on... the screen to confirm anything. Not surprised they did not get the order right. As we were getting ready to go inside to try tostraighten out the missing food, the manager came out and handed us another bag. We got the right number of sandwiches, but notwhat we ordered. Won't be back. Read more
Most Wendy's are 3 or 4 star places. Unfortunately a 20 minute wait (4 cars in the drive thru, one pulled away after 15... minutes) and cold fries doomed this store. A "sorry for your wait" would have made it to two stars, no acknowledgement was made. Read more
