This is the Chipotle in Ukiah. They opened in the last couple of years. Right across the street from McDonald's and a couple of... gas stations. Just west off of the 101 on Perkins. It's a good Chipotle as well. The line, when it is long, moves ratherquickly. The employees are very nice. And you can always get exactly what you're looking for as long as it's built out ofingredients served at Chipotle. Hurray! Please have a wonderful day and enjoy your Chipotle burrito or bowl. Also they do notserve ice cream at this location, which I believe is a good thing. It appears that those ice cream machines have been breakingdown like crazy lately. So much so that a company invented a device that attached to the machine to keep it from breaking down.Unfortunately McDonald's decided to reverse engineer the device and made their own, effectively cutting the original company outof the loop, and subsequently out of the financial gains. Should be interesting to see how much the Golden Arches settles for inorder to avoid a public trial. Keep in mind, Chipotle is in no way associated with this ice-cream-machine device debacle. I used to love this location but the quality of the food and service have been declining quite rapidly. I'm not sure what has... changed, but it feels like new management. My most recent visit was a scheduled pick up. I arrived about 10 minutes early andwatched the staff casually perform tasks other than making the food. After waiting 10 more minutes and the associate working thecounter telling another customer that they would make their order next, I went to the counter and saw that my order was up onthe screen to be made next. I asked the employee why the other customer was getting there food before me and she said she wouldmake mine next. I mentioned that my order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes previously and she replied "all the orders are forthat time" and she walked away. No apology for the wait or care for my inconvenience. Now there are 5 employees here and I havebeen waiting a half hour for my meal to be finished. I rarely post negative reviews, I will usually take the issue to thecompany directly. But this was a very bad visit on top of other issues I have had recently. Read more

Special thanks to Maria. My family had a nice lunch over the long weekend. After that my daughter realized that she forgot her... bag at outdoor dining table when we drove over 150 miles to home. She was very happy after Maria helped her getting her lost bagsafely home. Read more

Showed up at about 645pm on April 4th 2022. Waited for about ten minutes. One employee was actually running the line. Three... other employees were basically fudgeling about the kitchen. One employee spent a couple minutes scraping a grill...meantimecustomers are lining up. The one girl on the front line still trying to handle about 6 people in line. Finally I'm up next, allI say is 'wow I guess scraping the grill is more important than helping customers' the employee who was scraping the grill cameover and said 'I can refuse service to anyone' and told me to leave....super unprofessional and lazy shift manager that won'teven help her employees on the line when there's a dinner rush... super unprofessional... I used to go here a lot, every day at one point, for affordable vegan options. Jennifer, who I believe is or was a manager, then... became an owner, was always very nice and friendly. I went in today for the first time in a while, just to get some guac andchips. They weren't busy, nobody in line. I checked the prices first and noticed they seemed to have gone up quite a bit - okay,I know the price of everything has been going up - so I asked to confirm how much for guac and was shown 2 sizes. I figured thesmaller one must be the $4.75 option and the larger was the now $8+ option - I pointed to and asked how much is the larger one(which still isn't very big), "$4.75." I asked again to confirm, "this one is $4.75?" "Yes." "Okay I'll take that." They get itready and I go to pay and am told it's $8-something. I explained what had happened, and was basically told, "well do you wantthe (smaller) $4.75 one instead, or do you not want it". "No, I don't want that." I turned to leave, when the Manager, "Mary"got involved, talking initially with the girl at the register. Mary, like the girl at the register, acted incredulous, lookingat me like I was the craziest person they'd ever seen (odd if you've seen a lot of the people around here) when I asked if theywere willing to provide decent customer service and honor the price I was repeatedly given. I gave her one more chance,repeating what had happened yet again, expecting maybe she would go check with the other employee who had made the originalmistake, but Mary couldn't be bothered. Not even an "I'm sorry", just, "No." It's not the extra few dollars that's the issue somuch as the terrible, inexcusably bad customer service, despite me giving them many opportunities to make it right. And even ifthey didn't want to honor that price they could have at the very least apologized for their mistake. I was frustrated by thewhole experience and left empty-handed.
