I went there paid for my grand slam I asked to substitute my sausage with ham I had to pay extra money for that. I didn't... receive my bacon but I would assume if you took away my sausage and bacon that would substitute for my ham? Therefore payingextra I should have received my bacon as well. On top of that I didn't get my toast it's not in the bag I didn't think I shouldhave checked before I left I waited over 13 minutes I think that's enough time to get it right. Worst dining experience I have ever had! First of all we were standing for over 10 minutes before being sat. Once we ordered,... food took over 20 minutes (we were the only 2 people in the whole restaurant). Once the food was received, there was no ketchupor bbq sauce as requested. And now the waitress is no where to be found. I got the attention of a cook in the back and theybrought me it. My French fries were FREEZING and the mashed potatoes were cold under the hot gravy. So they remained untouched,and I only ate one chicken strip. My waitress never came back, or walked by so I could mention it. She showed up 25 minuteslater with a check stinking of cigarette smoke. With my food sitting there with one thing missing. I told her about the issuesand she responded ?nothing I can do? and went to walk away. I said I won?t be paying for terrible food that wasn?t ate. Theygave me half off. And then when I was paying she tried to tell me how I ate half and shouldn?t even be getting that. This wasterrible food, and not even cooked. Ugh, here we go..... So I'm gonna start off with the fact that your customers seated should ALWAYS have your attention! Over... everything on the phone, online, anywhere! I came into the place and it's a tiny one. The gal that busses tables seats me. Not awaitress. I sit, with menu. I wait. 3 waitresses, about 15 tables. I get the gal's attention again to get some coffee. I getcoffee and wait again. I am looking at these waitresses that aren't even looking around at any of their tables. I again ask forservice to order. I ask for the American Slam with cheddar mixed with egg, then cooked, sourdough and EXTRACRISPY HASHBROWNS. Ialso overhear an unhappy customer complaining about his food and that he wasn't paying for the rest. Then as I'm waiting,another customer has a problem with her food too. Of course AFTER ITS BEEN LIKE 20 MINUTES a waitress asks if I've ordered....HUH?? And looks offended when I say yes. Whatever. * SHE DIDNT EVEN HAVE HER MASK ON OVER HER NOSE AND MOST OF THE TIME SHEDIDNT COVER HER MOUTH EITHER* The gal (not the waitress)brings me food and I'm automatically dissatisfied with MY food too.Does this pic say anything about EXTRA CRISPY? It was clean and the were friendly and happy.The food was pretty much the same as all Denny's.
