In the past they have messed up 4/5 orders I?ve made at this location. Not even joking this is exactly how my 6th order arrived.... They?re website wasn?t working properly and I had several back and forth calls with them about items missing on their websitewhen they were available to purchase. I couldn?t use my ?free pizza? reward over the phone so I had no choice but to orderonline. I was told ?oh well?. After giving up with what I originally wanted I just ordered two pizzas. I am giving 1 star for the pizza, the amount of topping is surprisingly so little, in a large pizza there were barely 8 small... pcs of chicken topping. Went on 10/2, first day opened. Service was a little slow, only because there were four people working and they had a lot of... orders to make. Food was delicious! Update: horrible customer service, especially over the phone. Was left on hold for 15+minutes once, also was delivered the wrong pizza, and ended up never getting the right one because the delivery driver decidedto go home. It was horrible ordered a chicken parm sandwich. Garden salad. The sandwich was cold, asked for extra chicken did not get it... counted the strips at 8 thin strips, barely any sauce it was dry. anticipated that ordered extra marinara. Took the driver30mins to find me after he left the store. He drove around in circles, finally called stood out on my balcony and waved himdown took a few yet he still Did not see me Needless to say the sandwich was cold. The salad lettuce was wilted and rustytomatoes soft and squishy the red onion was slimy. Best use by date 11/12 wrong clearly pre frozen. What a waste of $34 . Anddidn't even get the bread sticks.
