I used to be a REGULAR at McDs, and I mean REGULAR!! I oftentimes ate several meals a day there (not this exact location)..Bad... bad bad These days I rarely eat there. I was out on a long Saturday morning walk and needed something to keep me going so Idecided to stop in and get what I always used to get, an OJ, a breakfast burrito and a sausage mcmuffin with egg, NO cheese. Itwas semi busy so I did have to wait for a few minutes to order and to receive my food. I made it PERFECTLY clear that I did NOTwant cheese and the woman seemed to acknowledge this and pressed all the appropriate buttons, or so I thought. Blah blahblah....my sandwich HAD cheese so I had to wait for a new one which was ready surprisingly fast. It wasn't a big deal. They alsogot the order of the person who was ahead me wrong and they had to return theirs. Again, not a big deal. Maybe the person takingthe orders was new. This was just what I experienced on my visit. The place was clean, including the bathroom, which I alwaysappreciate. I used the app and it took forever and they could have brought me the rest of my order so that I could have had a drink on a... 100°day and I heard a guy who walked in after me if they wanted to change their order because they had to clean the slushiemachine and they didn't even acknowledge my presence yet alone ask me if I wanted to wait or change my order. I just got stucksitting there for 10 minutes before I asked and was told that they were cleaning a machine in the middle of the afternoon with abusy restaurant???!!! How often do they have to clean the machine and how many different things does it make?!! I know thatmachine couldn't have been that dirty because it was only being cleaned out the night before because I couldn't order it at allthen!! Read more
Good compared to our typical McDonald's outing. Went through the drivethru on a long drive and got crispy fries and a decent... burger with a nice fluffy fresh bun (not our typical experience). Drink had the right fizz in it and server was friendly andfast. Read more
Arrive shortly after 6am. Walk to the door (because my 10ft tall ambulance won't fit through the drive-thru) along with a... gentleman that was driving a box truck and it's locked. Ok. I've run into this quite a few times across the country. Staff comesto the door and holds up 7 fingers. Cool, your inside opens at 7. So we both point to the vehicles that, if we drove through the9ft drive-thru, would do some serious redecorating. Staff member goes for the manager. She comes out and the only word she cansay is "sorry". So I tell her "OK, I'll spend my money elsewhere." And walk back to my ambulance. I pull away and look in thefront windows. To see the other gentleman that was at the door with me inside and ordering. That's fine. The incident has beenreported to corporate and I'll NEVER spend another penny of my money at any McDonald's. EVER. Whatever the factor was, youdiscriminated against me. And you're trash for doing it. Read more
This mcdonalds is near my home. Have gone several times. Staff is nice. Food good. The only complaint I have is they seem to... have some difficulty with their coke machines. Read more
Every McDonalds strives to be like every other McDonalds. This location has very competent, friendly staff. I've been to others... where they throw the bag of food out the service window into your car! Read more
I spent $5 on a plant-based Burger that had three or four little pieces of shredded lettuce all bunched up on one quarter of the... burger the mayonnaise and ketchup were on a different quarter of the burger the tomatoes were soggy so where the pickles andboth were tiny. it's like the burger had been sitting under the racks or that they had taken the ingredients off of a differentBurger and just replace the Patty with the plant Patty. I will say that the sandwich was actually good but it looked like theyFrankenstein to the Burger from burgers that have been sitting out for too long. Read more
