I attended a Christening on Saturday. My heart hurt for the parents. They paid $6k for 150 people. That included $800 for server... tips, yet provided only 1 server who didn?t actually serve anything. This place put out only 2 trays of food for 159 guests. Ofthe two trays, the chicken was raw. The family had to go around pouring drinks. To feed the guests they had to buy 32 pizzasfor another $900 and paper plates because plates were not provided. There was no dessert or coffee. And the heat was neverturned on. The babies tiny hands and feet were frozen. The place should be shut down in my opinion. I?d give a -10 rating if Icould. This is under the new, recently taken over management. I?ve been there under the prior management for perfectly lovelyevents. Read more

On November 30, 2019 I had my daughter?s sweet 16 at the La Mirage. The owner Sam was so professional, so nice, extremely... helpful, and just made me feel comfortable. He realized how nervous I was to make this a great party for my daughter, and Samwent above and beyond to make sure everything went perfect! I couldn?t be more happier with the management, the staff, the foodwas excellent, the bartender was so nice and always smiled. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends andfamily. Had my wedding here exactly twenty days ago. Sam, the owner, is a very sweet guy, who will do the utmost for you, if you... communicate things to him. He has been doing this for a very long time, over 3 decades, so always ask for his suggestions, as heknows what he's talking about. I had about 200 guests. Everyone absolutely enjoyed everything about the wedding. The staff wasAWESOME and amazingly accommodating! Julie kept popping up throughout the day to see if I needed anything, and it was thesweetest gesture. The space lends itself for a lot of creativity. The circular dance floor isn't something you see very oftenanymore and it's what drew me to the venue. The food was delicious, and everyone who Sam employs or recommends for flowers andcakes, are professionals in their fields who know what they're talking about.
