Imagine it's 7pm and you call to make a delivery to hear an answering machine say they're closed on a weekday. Odd right? Now... imagine it says this every single day you call, and every time you try to order online it gets rejected without giving a reasonother than "oops something went wrong". With no ability to communicate with a store manager about delivery issues, they'vebecome a dine-in restaurant. Read more
A few days ago my wife and I ordered pizza from this location and they messed it up so bad that my wife ended up calling and... speaking to the general manager Holly who said that she was going to credit our account for the entire order because they messedit up. Holly was very rude so my wife wasn?t sure if she was actually going to credit us or not but we took it on her word thatshe would make it right and credit us so tonight we ordered pizza from this location again. Upon arriving to pick it up, we weretold that Holly never applied the credit to our account. What a surprise?! However, Tony the assistant manager was very helpfuland took care of us and made it right. Him caring about his customers is the only reason we will give this location anotherchance. Read more

Extremely rude manager named Holly. Ordered a pizza for delivery and the delivery was fast and hot. Originally intended to pay... cash, but realized if I did I wouldn?t have enough to tip the driver also. So I called in and gave Pizza Hut my card informationin order to pay with debit. The driver arrived and was very polite when we told him we had paid by card in order to tip him. Hethen called his manager to confirm payment. The manager said there was no proof of payment and that I must have paid through thecall center. She then became very hostile and said if you don?t pay for the pizza we?ll never deliver to you again. As if wewere trying to get out of paying. If this were the case my husband would not have tipped the driver 50% or our order total. Weallowed the driver to give our card to her over the phone and she quickly said it?s declined with a snarky attitude. So myhusband pulled up his bank account and showed the driver there?s no way it was declined. Clearly she input the informationwrong. So he gave her the card again and it worked just fine. It?s unfortunate that her attitude alone will be enough for us tonever do business at this location again. A manager is expected to deliver the best possible customer service. Our food is fresh, hot and delicious every time we order delivery from this location. The delivery drivers are nice and... personable. Pizza Hut has never been on my list of top pizza places until now. They have consistently exceeded myexpectations. I am writing this review while my pizza cools off because it was literally too hot to eat when it got delivered. Read more

Pizza Hut continues to be my go to pizza restaurant when I want a pizza that's a bit better than the "hot and ready" pizzas.... Good value, consistently good taste and always a helpful and gracious crew on hand to satisfy my hunger! Read more

I ordered a delivery from this pizza hut and it was excellent. The driver got to my house so fast that you would think he... teleported. The food was still warm and fresh when handed to me. The food was absolutely fantastic. Whoever made the pizza didan amazing job and the cinnamon rolls were covered in a perfect amount of icing. I will definitely be ordering from here veryregularly! Waited 15 minutes passed promised time (Carry out) then got home and totaly wrong pizza. Now hangry.... plus dining counter... personal eating and drinking at the register. No hand washing after either. When I managed Godfathers Pizza eating and drinkingat the counter by employees was a fireable offense. Read more
