I did an online order and waited in the line for over 15 minutes. After the only worker, a lady finished with 3 other customers... i made her aware i did the online order a while ago and it should be quick and easy. She became very rude and said i needed towait 10 minutes before she would start my order. There was no one else in the line and she refused to make my order and said iwould need to wait 10 minutes or come back later. I've never experienced someone this rude in a subway. I paid right at $10.00 +tax for a footlong Turkey and ham sub, that had 8 very thin pieces of meat, that you couldn't even tell... there was any meat on it Sad. Very sad, what Manish Patel (Owner) needs to do Is take down the picture of that sub that isshown and put an actual picture of one this restaurant made, because the one I received was very disappointing!!! Ther picturethey have posted Is false advertisement!! Because the one they show and the one you make look NOTHING alike!!! as a matter offact, I am going to report this restaurant to the Health inspectors! Because the Indian lay working there dropped a bun outof the warmer, and picked it up and put it back in the warmer!! Service was good. Food wasn't the best I've tasted from Subway. It was really just average. I did not take lettuce like I... usually do since it looked quite old. I just replaced it with more spinach. FYI: I was told this is one of the locations that donot accept coupons from the mobile app. so that sucks. Read more

Wow. Scanner didn't work, didn't get rewards points and I was paying with giftcard that would have scanned. Plus I had a 2... dollar reward as well. Ended up paying with a credit card because cashier wouldn't punch in the numbers off the physical card.Either lazy or not well trained, your choice. Driving through from Florida, a gas station sandwich would have been easier andcheaper. You lose one customer, but maybe others reconsider stopping here. Read more
