I never leave reviews when I have a bad experience somewhere but I?ve been trying to give this location chance after chance and... it?s unacceptable at this point. Every time I go here the customer service is horrendous.. they have an attitude, you have torepeat yourself, and they almost always get my order wrong. When I pull up to the window every time I can hear the employeescomplaining about working and threatening to just walk out. A couple weeks ago I actually went inside to grab a coffee and thewoman in front of me was actually an employee not in her uniform just talking to everyone behind the counter while I was ignoredand had to wait for her to be done with her conversation.. even the manager came out to talk to her and I still stood therebeing ignored. I don?t usually leave reviews but this was so unbearable I had to. First of all I had to repeat my order multiple times. Then I... go to the window and she drops my card. Okay that was an accident I thought it might be funny to put that in. But seriously thenwe get our coffee and food. Oh no. My friend sees the label on her coffee which said it had one hazelnut swirl when she askedfor four. The workers lied and said they put four when we asked about it but there was only one when she tasted. As I rolleddown my window the manager rolled her eyes and made rude hand gestures. The workers looked scared of the manager and annoyedwith me they abruptly shoved the coffee in my face. We then start driving down the road I taste my hash browns, mkay not bad.Then my pancakes?hard as a rock. Then my coffee. Mind you I asked for 1 Carmel swirl 1 shot of coconut and whole milk. It waspure Carmel. Undrinkable. Disgusting. Disappointing. I think this ruined Dunkin for me. Read more

As usual, my experience was positively outstanding! The whole Team is happy, jovial, and, just, all-aroimd competent! They fill... Orders, quickly & efficiently, & they NEVER get my Order wrong, no matter how many times, I go! The Team even wishes me a GoodDay At Work, each morning I stop in! Besides the sweet as heck manager that is there this particular dunkin has gone way down in customer services. EVERYTIME I go... there its like it's a huge inconvenience to make a coffee and there facial expressions wear it whole heartedly. If you dont likeyour job seek a new one or talk to management about your concerns because making paying customers feel this way is not the wayto go. Read more
I work here but most of the staff is new and pretty good tho. We do make u pay for your extra foam cup when u get an ice coffee,... but well remake anything if it was wrong. We are ussually under staffed too but everyone is nice. Mosly Read more
