1st time up at Mohegan Sun and @ The MJ Steakhouse. This restaurant started off by sitting us at one of the best tables as far... as quiet, private and with the most fabulous staff. Some of the best staff I have dined with and we travel a lot! From theinitial waitress to the sommelier who is very educated (always a great bottle of Darioush)to the extra servers going back andforth they knew when to approach and not be over bearing. Never rushed and full of politeness and smiles. Food, fabulous andsome of the best steak we have had. Started with the octopus, wedge salad, then steaks and side of mashed potatoes (3 differenttypes). We decided why not and hit the Key Lime Pie up which was also not a disappointment. The only thing I will state is thatthe food was a bit cooler than normal but it didn’t take away from the wonderful flavors of it all. Sorry for the darkerphotos but this is the lighting we were sitting in but again service, food, friendliness and all around an amazingestablishment! Last night, my Wife and I went to the Michael Jordan Steakhouse at Mohegan Sun for our 23rd anniversary. An amazing experience.... Starting from the moment we walked in, the staff was absolutely incredible. Even a Happy Anniversary card signed by everyoneat our table. Our waitress Allison was attentive, professional, friendly and helped us to make it a memorable experience. Idon’t have the words to describe the food; you have to experience it for yourself. The food was amazing! I had Salmon, garlic bread, and the 23 layer Jordan cake! I was so pleased with this restaurant and they... wished my fiancée and I a happy anniversary. Well worth the drive! The waiters were so polite and accommodating and the managerchecked in on us a few times throughout the night. The food came out so quickly and was plated so neatly. The portions for allof the food were pretty big as I needed a box for leftovers. Very high praise and recommendations from me. Read more

Had the pork chops and 16oz steak delmonico. Ordered our steak and chops medium well. Both were over cooked. Medium well should... have a clear pink center. There was clearly no pink center. The wait staff was 5 star, just don't expect the same from the food.We also ordered the fully loaded baked potato, was delish, smokey bacon chunks were great. The crab cake was great. The food was good. It's on the second floor past the water fountain next to the Tao restaurant. You can take the escalator and... or stairs up to the restaurant. They have seating for reservations and first come seating. It's on the pricey side as our billfor 2 people was about $200. The ambience was very nice. The wait staff was on point as they took care of us. They were veryknowledgeable about everything. After a meal you can walk about the casino and gamble or get ice cream, donuts, go shopping,what have you. etc. Overall, great experience for the first time. Read more

I absolutely loved the food here. I ordered the filet mignon to be done medium well and it was cooked to perfection. My... boyfriend enjoyed his lamb chops. And we both loved the garlic bread and Moscato. The staff was very friendly and accommodatingwe did not need reservations although it was a Friday night. Jordan’s never disappoints! The atmosphere is great and the food is amazing! The crab cake and Cesar salad are second to none... but what keeps me coming back is the staff. They are all great but Shirley, who works the bar, is phenomenal!! I’ve never seensomeone work the bar the way she does and she knows her drinks!! She’s so personable and makes it so easy to be comfortableand enjoy yourself. Everyone I see talking to her smiles! It makes spending your hard earned cash not so bad! Already planningmy next visit!
