Whoever the 3 people that were working there today, they deserve a dang raise! They're short handed, forgot my hot wings, but I... called and the promptly made it right and apologized. This is not the first time I?ve had an issue at this location, but we thought we?d give it another try. Unfortunately, we were... disappointed when we opened our pizza and found the crust all weird (some thick and then some thin). We had paid for bacon andthere was none. We still attempted to eat it and found that there was hardly any chicken! There were several pieces that had nomeat on them; and then the pieces that did have chicken it was one small piece. For the same price and better quality we will goto one of the other pizza places that are just a few blocks further. Read more
It?s really a challenge to get good food anymore from take out. Would have dined in but they had no ice tea and just not a good... vibe. So, I?ll drink my warm water I have in the car and eat the cardboard pizza and pack my bologna sandwiches and ice tea withme and make my own delicious pizza. Received a $3 tip. Found no place to enter it with the online order. Went in to the store and ask about it. Cashier looked at... the email ask for help and was put off by one of the other employees. The third employee stepped forward and started it had tobe done online. I explained there was no place on their site site to enter the code. Offered no other help. Being going toDominos for about 15 years in Monroe, Ohio. Moved to Florence and been using this location and there previous for 4 years. Nowa relationship gone bad. Read more
Great pizza. Quick and easy. Family's new favorite ????. We recommend a BBQ chicken thin crust with any toppings you normally... get, but you have to get pineapple. See photo; it is a large then crust with bbq sauce chicken, pepperoni, onions, mushrooms,and pineapple. Read more
Place is great when a certain female manager is not there. When she is, online ordering goes down, phones don?t get answered,... attitude when you walk in to order. It?s ridiculous. When she is there, 50/50 chance you get the right order. How ownership hasallowed her to stay there is beyond me. Unless she is part of ownership which would be terrifying.
