Door dash did not pick up my order. After 2 hrs I called and flipdaddys remade my order. They helped me get refund from D.D.... They have the nicest employees and the best burgers we have ever had. We went to Flipdaddy's hamburgers because we had heard that it was great. We met our friends there . We enjoyed specialty... sandwiches , onion rings , pretzels and pub cheese dip and craft beer. Sat at the bar considering it was slower at the hour I went (early afternoon). Bar tender was nice and provided good service. I... love burgers, but try not to consume actual ground beef all the time. They offer the impossible burger which is a greatalternative if you're looking for one. So... I keep going here, and I always end up regretting it, but this was the absolute worst. I took my 2 daughters for... Valentine's because one wanted sweet potato fries. We had a very short wait, maybe 5 minutes prior to seating. We ordered at654. A nutty bunny sandwich, a fried chicken salad, and a Swiss miss sirloin with salad and sweet potato fries. The waitress wasnice, but we were not served until 805. An hour passed. When the food came out, the Swiss cheese had cooled and was solid, I gota work out cutting the steak, and it's was inconsistently done. The salad came out with it, not before. My daughter's salad hadcold fried chicken. I kept returning because their burgers taste good. The service always has failures, and tonight, we hadto cancel post dinner plans because we were there way too long. While we were seated there, my husband and other 2 children leftand went to a Mexican restaurant, ordered, got their food, ate paid and left prior to us getting our food. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!
