This Panera is amazing. They are very personal and the most friendly I've ever been to.
The customer service experience was very lackluster and subpar for Panera Bread. The meal was thrown together and the taste was... mediocre at best. A very disappointing $55 meal. Read more

I love Panera but the last two times in Union have been disappointing. Today the strawberry salad was great?.but no bread? The... chicken rice soup was 90% broth? A month ago my husband got the pizza he loves. Must have ingredients which set out too long? Hetossed up?second time in 35 years. He was fine next day. Someone needs to work to improve this location.
