I've ate here once inside, and ordered once for take out. Place is great. Clean, waitress was friendly and outgoing. Food was... awesome. Loved the amount of TV's they have on the wall. We?ve been here 6-8 times over this year and had pretty bad service but it was always excused for the good food. Today though... was our last day eating here. Our waitress was sitting down watching the game, we actually took our food home as soon as it gotto the table because it took an 1 1/2 hours to get to our table after ordering, once we were able to eat our food it was coldand we threw it out. I?m done excusing restaurants who charge more while the quality goes down dramatically. Read more
Everything served in cute bowls. Bartender serving the bar tables, she was excellent. Football, MMA & dog agility on ALL TV... screens. Was there on a Sunday 3/4 empty at noon. Read more
The food was good and came out quickly - however the drinks were weak (basically just mixes) and way over priced. Portia did a... fantastic job recommending dishes for us to try, replacing errors as needed, and stayed active while checking on us. There werea few disgruntled looking workers, that did not seem happy to be there but since none of them even acknowledged us, it didn?truin our meal. Read more
Staff was nice, and the restaurant was clean. However this franchise has gone downhill. As a fat guy and lover of seafood, I... ordered two entrees. (Yes, call me insane for ordering seafood at a wings place). Fish and chips and the shrimp. The fish andchips was just one fish piece and limp fries. I understand inflation, but this dish was over 10$, for one fish piece. Theshrimp was a huge disappointment. It was literally a handful of shrimp, cooked plain with old bay seasoning sprinkled on beforeit's walked over to you. The side of broccoli I ordered was this large tree of broccoli that wasn't cut for serving, and wasmushy. This restaurant is rated highly because Kentuckians think a mayo sandwich is gormet, but honestly for what we paid for;we could make tsame thing at home for 10% the price, with minimal effort. 6-17-22 : around 6:30 PM , 4 of us went for dinner . Got seated ordered drinks appetizers and it came in a timely fashion Then... order dinner and after waiting about 25 minutes more was then was told that the shrimp that was ordered was not available andwanted to know if we wanted to order something else , so I ordered a chicken sandwich and onion rings , waited another 20minutes or so and finally food came out everyone got their food I got my onion rings but no chicken sandwich , had to wait aboutanother 15 minutes or so to get the chicken sandwich . What a great meal! My husband had the salmon sandwich and he said it was flaky and thick. He loved it. I had the cauliflower... wings and they were excellent! We will definitely go back. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the ambience anddecor! Read more
Service was very slow, which isn't unusual for this location. Server never checked on us except when she took our orders &... brought food out. My number one requirement for service is that my drink should never be empty for more than a minute or two,and I should never have to ask for a refill. They failed miserably on that. And someone else at our table was missing an itemthey ordered. He had to ask for it twice and it didn't come out until we were all finished. Read more
