Bad service from a cashier and extremely rude. Whatever chip she had on her shoulder she needs to get rid of it.
Casey's has some of the best pizza that is ready to go, but I have come to this Casey's a few times for my lunch break and there... is 0 pizza or 1 slice of something old and gross. I feel during peek hours of operation you should be set up for success. Read more
Slow service. Lady in kitchen wouldn't even speak, cashier had to assist me for pizza that was not even started but told to pick... up. No, they were not busy! I just think she didn't want to work! Poor cashier had to apologize and help sooth the issue. Read more

Nice service but the folks working talk WAY TOO much to every customer. When the lines are stretched to the restroom, speed it... some. You can be courteous and quick without asking everyone about their entire family. If I see more than two cars there Idrive to the next station down the road. I make this round every morning. Casey's in union ,mo is the worst place to order pizza , Everytime I call there they have a attitude and don't want to make a... pizza . Never has a delivery driver or can't find me on the map. They find a reason to not get it done. This is literally the50 th time this year I have tryed to order a pizza from this place and can't get it done. .... Rating this Caseys a 5 simply due to the clerk on duty 7/5 @ 6pm. Super friendly, smiling, and seemed liked she loved her job... when working with a car full of sister's out for a day of fun. Rated the best soda, chocolate, potty stop of our day! Read more
