This is the absolute worse McDonald's I have ever been to. I ordered through the app waited for a a long while to even get the... food only to be given a drink that was half empty, food that was cold, and no sauce for the nuggets. Not to mention the girlthat brought it out was to busy talking to her friends in the car next to me to pay any attention when I tried to tell her this.Had to go back in the restaurant myself and was only given attitude. The employees are rude, and hateful and just honestly don'tcare. As far as management I never seen one the entire time I was there. I will NOT EVER go back to this location again and ifit wasn't for the grandkids I wouldn't step foot in another McDonald's again. Read more
I ordered a Double cheese burger ???? w/no pickles, no mustard, add tomatoe ???? and requested to make sure the cheese was... melted! Which means the burger ???? should be hot ????! The cheese ????was not melted, nor was my burgers hot! On top ofthat the bun was stale! I may have paid less than $4.00 but expect my food to be the way I asked for it to be, and it wasn't atall enjoyable! It was cold, not even slightly warm much less hot! I don't/or haven't been to a McDonald's for a long time,years, but now I know why! Umph! It truly sucked, and I wouldn't mind getting a refund! I won't be visiting anytimesoon. My fiance and I went through the drive thru, and we ordered 20 nuggets. However they were cold so I went inside to ask them for... fresh nuggets because they were not. The manager himself (blue long sleeve button up) simply said "we're closed." I then askedhim again if we could just simply get a new order of nuggets because mine were old. And he again said, "were closed and we dropof nuggets 48 at a time." I then explained to him that since we had already paid we would just like our nuggets because it wasthe only thing my sick fiance wanted this day, and I would have preferred our food to be hot. He did tell the back of the houseto drop them, and then the worker in the back yelled "were closed!!!!" I watched them throw away food with no gloves, and thekid putting food up did not put on gloves until the manager told him to because I had seen. During the process of my ordercooking he began doing things around me such as locking all of the doors and turning off all of the lights except for one. Hewas extremely rude, and not professional at all, and made me feel really upset. We've decided to not continue using thislocation unfortunately. Read more

Tired of paying 5.27$ for two burgers that I can?t even consume. At least the last 5 times I tried to get food I?ve had this... problem. I literally tried to dodge this by showing up at 10:30 am on the dot after switch to lunch..... and somehow it wasworse than before....
