While I love the food, in the future I would avoid the Union Sonic. Messed up my order, and the manager refused to make it right... so I ended up having to reorder and pay more so my kids could get their food. Bad customer service. Read more
Quality is slowly slipping. Burgers are luke warm in temp, same with onion rings. Freshness is a developing issue. Slushy and... ice cream still seem solid. Read more

Went thru drive thru & ordered. Was the only one in line & it still took a while & food was not hot!!!! Cheese not melted, cool... burger,not hot tater tots ,cool not hot . Not happy. Haven't been there in awhile & won't go back probably. Read more
