While I love the food, in the future I would avoid the Union Sonic. Messed up my order, and the manager refused to make it right... so I ended up having to reorder and pay more so my kids could get their food. Bad customer service. Read more

Went thru drive thru & ordered. Was the only one in line & it still took a while & food was not hot!!!! Cheese not melted, cool... burger,not hot tater tots ,cool not hot . Not happy. Haven't been there in awhile & won't go back probably. Read more

Went through drive thru .Very slow. Not busy. Slushy was not good. And when paid with almost exact amount employee scoffed at... me. My opinion if your working for tips. Dont work drive thru or fast food and have rest of staff make order. Or go get a realwaiter position in a sit down establishment. Read more
They always take forever and has charged my friend twice before. They gave me 3 french toast when it usually comes with at least... four, but i paid full price. They have rude teenagers who hand out the food. Read more
