The Union and Washington branches have SERIOUS ISSUES. Management is an absolute joke. The owner needs to be contacted... immediately at the state of things at these locations, though I couldn't find out who the owner is. The district manager Lucyneeds to be fired. Very poor judgement, poor leadership, poor decision making, impulsive, poor conflict resolution, poorcommunication, no real care into what she does. Wants to put in the minimal effort and move on even if that means at the expenseof others. Management is an absolute disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves. The worst Subway I have ever been to. First off we had a lady in front of us that was on the phone with a bunch of people taking... orders. This isn't totally Subways fault but they could have asked her to get off phone. We have already been standing there for15 minutes and they start making orders that called ahead. After they finished making one of the to go orders I figured theywould make those standing in line. NO they made more of the to go orders and made people wait. I said something to the 2 guysbehind the counter and they kicked my wife and out, and that was after they already lost a customer. I do not recommend thisSubway. Who ever the Manager or Owner is doesn't know how to run a business. Read more

Horrible place! The employees are rude, dirty, don?t wear name tags or hair nets ????So rude to customers and act like you owe... them a break! It?s been this bad for years! Never going back, DO NOT waste your money here!! Most of them should be fired!! Read more

Ordered four items through their website at 4:30pm to be picked up at 6:30. Upon arriving at 6:30 my order not ready. When I... inquired about my food the employee said they were in the process of making it at that moment because they had fallen behind dueto a mad rush moments before. As I waited for my items another customer came in and ordered several sandwiches themselves. Theybegan using foul language in an attempt to make the employee move faster. The employee responded with crude language and rushedthrough my order to get to theirs. When I got home I opened my wrap and saw this. My wrap was no where near uniform and theyliterally threw it together. I paid as much for this wrap as a regular foot long, and it had less food inside than a six inch.Usually I am unable to finish my wrap in one sitting, but that was not the case tonight. My other sandwiches looked rushedbarely had any substance to them. What happened to quality customer service? It must have left on the bus. Read more

The young man that helped me was dirty, long beard and never took his hoodie down. I also thought that you had to wear a hairnet... over your beard per the health department. My sandwich he just piled the peppers another things in a mounds and didn't spread itout. Asked him to spread it out and he ignored me. Won't go back again. Read more

Took them forever to make our sandwich's. Lady in front of me had a coupon for a free cookie with any purchase. Wouldn't give it... to her because she used another coupon. Agian nothing on coupon stated that. Just give her the ccokie. Read more

Union MO Subway - 1st thing i noticed when I walked in was that there were more than 4 employees standing by the register when I... opened the door they scattered like roaches. I stood in front of the counter waiting to be greeted and acknowledged. I placedmy order and was aware of the price of the meal I requested as she rang it up. Beware of the employees over charging customers.I stopped her as she rang me up and when I questioned the cashier she didn't know. I asked for a manager and 2 shift leads cameout and tried to tell me that because I ordered a kids meal but didn't ask for a toy they over charged me. And various otherreasons for overcharging me. Just wanted to let others to keep an eye on what you are paying versus prices that are advertised. Read more
